Our colleague Karina Balina presented the results from the Life Cycle Assessment study carried out in the Waste2Surf project at the 3rd Life Cycle Innovation Conference (LCIC 2022) that occurred in Berlin from June 29 to July 1, 2022. The conference's goal is to promote a better world by taking a systems perspective to foster sustainable innovation. The conference explored both innovative approaches and methods to address sustainability challenges and showcased innovative products and services that will help transition to a more sustainable world.
As always, the conference provided many new contacts, ideas and inspiration. Karina Balina is also part of the LCA community as a member of the Forum for Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation e.V. and it was a great opportunity to meet other peers and share trends and ideas.
