Jelena Ziemele, PhD alumni from the Riga Technical University, has joined our group by starting the post-doc project "Decision Support Tool for Decarbonisation Assessment of District Heating Systems (START)". In the project, Jelena will develop a decision support tool for identifying decarbonisation level of a municipal district heating system and its development scenarios to assess the transition path towards the 4th generation district heating system.
In recent years, Jelena has gained rich experience as science and innovation development manager at a municipal district heating company. We believe she is a great addition to our diverse team of researchers. Hope, you will enjoy your time here with us, Lena!
