We are excited to announce that a visiting researcher and doctoral student, Alice Stilleto, from the Università degli Studi di Padova (Italy), has joined our institute for the next two months until the end of July.
Her research topic revolves around consumer behaviour, specifically focusing on the perception of health labels on food products within consumer communities and their impact on consumer willingness to pay for the product (more).
We will host an open seminar on June 16th where Alice will present her research.
