In this year’s Job Shadow Day, three young students from the Riga State German Grammar School shadowed our colleague Senior researcher Elina Dace. The students observed the scientist’s work, learned about the required skills to be a successful researcher, and discussed the career path to become a scientist. We wish the students success in making their career choice and silently hope that one day we will tell each other “Hello, colleague!”
