Guest researcher from the University of Strathclyde

Thank you to the EU COST action WIRE that enabled us to host Morgen Mukamwi from the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, UK) in our group for two weeks! Thanks to the STSM grant, we could work on identifying and assessing various existing biomass feedstock and biorefinery databases. Now, we only need to publish the assessment results. Morgen Mukamwi, it was a pleasure to have you here, at the University of Latvia!

COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a funding agency for research and innovation networks. COST Actions help connect research initiatives across Europe and enable scientists to grow their ideas by sharing them with their peers. This boosts their research, career and innovation.
