GenCon project needs an experienced stoichiometric modeller

The Computational Systems Biology Group (CSBG) is looking for a young researcher with practical experience in constraint based stoichiometric modelling of microbial metabolism to work on metabolic engineering of organisms with narrowed flux variability. Narrowed flux variability will enable implementation of new principles into the control systems of bioreactors in collaboration with the JSC Biotehniskais Centrs.

The job advertisement is published on the Euraxess website: https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/jobs/602198

By attracting a foreign researcher we hope to broaden the scope of our optimisation methods and approaches as well as widen our collaboration network.
