Traditional COPASI tutorial was organised by COPASI developers as usual at ICSB conferences. In Okinawa it took place 31-st October. For the first time also Computational Systems Biology Group was represented among teachers by Egils Stalidzans. Our part of workshop was “Automated metabolic network optimization workflow” where we presented the total optimisation potential approach (TOP) and SpaceScanner based kinetic model optimisation workflow.
