We are happy to participate in publishing COBRA v3.0 that is equipped with scripts enabling testing the proposed tools on your own computer or Matlab program. We are proud to see our COBRA Toolbox extension Paint4Net among other COBRA v3.0 tools. Paint4net is quite unique visualiser with selective scope of visualisation: selected network fragments with flux values can be visualised with automatic generation of layout.
In connection with RECON 3.0 (genome scale stoichiometric reconstruction of human metabolism) the new COBRA v3.0 can be very powerful for medical applications.
